Advanced Visual Design
This course focuses on fundamentals and theories of time-based visual design as they relate to media, communication, history and technology.
We will closely examine our own relationship to motion and time, engage with artworks from diverse origins, histories and philosophies, and reflect on how technologies impact our communication and experience of motion. We will contemplate questions such as: What is motion and how do we visually communicate it?
